看似比V1版穩上許多，且支架馬達下的保護套多了白色軟膠球，手感方面或許應保有V1版的抗風特性(因為目前的瓢蟲更新後抗風性卻變得不是很優)，而搭配的控DEVO 4走的是小機路線，與DEVO 7E雷同 ，不過可喜的是DEVO 7E擁有中文介面與雙向傳輸功能。
