What is the airframe weigh? For 110-size plane, you might want to try keeping the weight to around 3800 grams, so chose components carefully. For example, use mini servos such as Futaba S9650 on ailerons (it is commonly used here in 2M size pattern planes) can help saving a lot of weight (26g versus 60g each – standard sized servo).
On the other hand, since electric has almost no vibration to deal with, you can get away with much less structure strength, so take out any thing that is not needed.
For example, the firewall in my Shinden is 32g; it is a 3mm carbon fiber sandwiched light plywood, and it has more than enough strength.
