Excuse me for not responding you earlier as we have to discuss with our partners.

I am sorry that we cannot offer you more than selling you new model with 30% discount. The picture you told me to see did not indicate that it was the cause of the crash.

We sold this model over 50 planes now and there was no wing failure in the air as yours and it also happened twice which was very weird. I am in model airplane manufacturing business for over 20 years but never have any customer have same problem twice.

I am sorry that this is the best we can do.
