New Raptor 50 Titan SE-Designed for 3D

First off guys, I have already built this helicopter so I know what is included.

I would like to share this information with you so you can make informed decisions.

There is a totally new manual for this new helicopter.

1. Building the frames you will note the new clutch assembly and the insertion of the new bearing support to help in flight loads placed on the clutch bell during hard 3D flight.

2. While building the frames you will note the new Aileron mixing lever assembly, which enables the use of 15± degrees. Conventional plastic arms these are not. These are in fact CNC Metal Aileron arms designed to eliminate binding that occurs with the plastic arms on the previous Rator 50 Titan at these pitch levels.

3. New style main shaft that has been double drilled on the rotor head section and has also been re-drilled for the lower clutch system to take the new style bolt which ensures proper tightness on the clutch system without the ability to over tighten the clutch sleeve. It’s slick and it works.

4. Moving along to the Rotor head you find that the bearings have been removed from the central Rotor hub and now the spindle is supported by the new two-stage flap dampener system. This provides a more rigid rotor system while doing your cyclic pumps. The Phasing system has been made 90° and there is no modification or setting of the phase adjustment. While looking at the new manual you will note that the plastic grips are rotated forward and have a new positive angle to increase the cyclic rate of the rotor head system.

5. The seesaw has new mixing levers attached and this provides more cyclic and collective potential. This increases roll or flip rate substantially creating a feel of instant collective response. These new arms are flipped from normal orientation.

6. The tail support is now similar to the 90-style clap system that no longer supports the horizontal fin. For extreme 3D this is a welcomed addition.

7. The Tail drive system has some enhancements, which need to be noted. First the tail hub is the SUS stainless version not the aluminum version. Secondly, the new angular bearings are standard issue on this machine, as these will handle the side loads placed on the helicopter while doing pirouetting funnels or hurricanes. In addition to doing chaos with hard stops while rotating from left to right. Next you will find the Metal tail pulley, Metal pitchfork slider, Metal Tail pitch control fork.

8. New Carbon Fin-New style design

9. Carbon tail mount servo option, it comes with both rods for mounting Rudder servo up front or in the rear. Carbon tail servo tray is provided.

10. Pulleys have all been updated to cnc pulleys as to eliminate the possibility of melt down under high loads and head speeds.


11. New Pre-painted Fiberglass canopy included are available in red, yellow, or blue. These canopies are very attractive and provide high visibility. Pre-drilled for proper grommet placement.

In addition to all of the above, the kit will have options that will include the Redline .53 engine, the Zero Alpha Governor, and the powerful Redline High Flow muffler. This is a comprehensive package that will take 3d to the next level. Not to mention the great price tag that will be attached. Also there are a few other accessories supplied with the kit as well.

So get ready for some new product that has Quality, Service, Dependability and Pricing that will shock even the most avid helicopter pilot.
