It's sad to hear that the " copy and paste " old fashion way is no longer working for you.
But how did you make the words shown below?
"勇兄短消息","短消息","美國版和台湾版是不能共用的"

How about use google translating function, write in English and tanslate into Chinese.
I know that the translating function is not perfect in grammar, but you can use these translated materials, rearrange them by using copy and paste, then you can do the same thing what you did before.

AugerChang兄. Thank you for your reply "www.ncku.com" + " Google translate " are my Chinese writing basic tools, when i finish writing "copy + pasted" it in to forum topic. I love these tools very much, i did it same way many years ago writing long Chinses topic without any problem, since the forum upgated i had more and more difficult inserting words in the forum. I had checked all electronics in the market, and only "注音 Chinese" is only system in current market. I can't spell in 國語 . Sending a short notice to some of my friends here is difficult, because the system does not allow me "copy + paste" it multiple times, and most of time, it does not paste every things. It's been frustrating .

Liuchach兄, I phone, I pad, personal computer ... 美國版和台湾版是不能共用的.

iPhone、iPad不分國家版本，全都可以設定注音或是手寫唷～
ps.我的iPad是日本版，iPhone是美國版.......

我在達拉斯, 有類似的問題.  解決的方法是去Amazon買一個有注音符號的keyboard (Chinese & English Bilingual Language Keyboard). 另一個方法是用iPad.  美國買的iPad可以手寫中文.
