Fully Agree. You can write an email or call HPI United Service Window to get help.
Usually they will give you an answer or feedback after 2 ~ 3 days.
HPI United Service is O.K but the problem is you have to ship back the damaged unit to their side.
The shipping cost from Taiwan to United is O.K but from United to Taiwan, it is not cheaper.......
Other is not all RC players can do this. So this is why you said you did this for many players before.
I also did this for some players. I played RC when I was a student and I was very poor at that time.
At that time, the RC store made a lot of money from our side but I can't do anything.
But now the information is so open and I don't think the RC stores can continue to block the player to find good and cheaper products. I don't think Buy and Resale Business is bad. I do it as a service. Just try to provide lower cost for local RC Players who can't buy products from Towers......
I think many Local RC stores they don't like us due to our actions cause them can't make money from some RC Players side.......
Other is don't drink too much.... If you drink to much, don't drive a Car. If you drunk and drive Car, you may have problem that you can't play RC Car anymore......
