a. Select an operating site that is of sufficient distance from populated areas. The selected
site should be away from noise sensitive areas such as parks, schools, hospitals, churches, etc.
b. Do not operate model aircraft in the presence of spectators until the aircraft is
successfully flight tested and proven airworthy.
c. Do not fly model aircraft higher than 400 feet above the surface. When flying aircraft
within 3 miles of an airport, notify the airport operator, or when an air traffic facility is located atthe airport, notify the control tower, or flight service station.
d. Give right of way to, and avoid flying in the proximity of, full-scale aircraft. Use observers to help if possible.
e. Do not hesitate to ask for assistance from any airport traffic control tower or flight
service station concerning compliance with these standards.

要找一個能玩遙控的地方不容易, 要觀看的人有危險感更不容易, 很多次我選地飛行時都沒有人, 突然有人直接從飛行下急奔前來觀看, 有時告訴他危險, 還以為你有什麼了不起, 看一看也不行, 出了事情, 總事怪罪飛行者, 所以只要場地有人不守規矩, 我寧可不飛, 他覺得無趣, 走了我才飛, 真是麻煩.......

我这里有时也会有围观者不停地问东问西，我就告诉他飞机落地后再回答他的问题。如果围观者多，就只好休息，收摊儿或者等人走后再飞。
