You must install some foam onto the bellypan & both sides of the crankcase where the fins are, what you're trying to do is to force/ direct cold air through the fins & to the pump for cooling.
It doesn't matter how big the front openings of your bellypan are, if you do not strategically channel the cold air through, it will only get bounce around once inside the bellypan.
Most likely, you will be using Coolpower heli as supplied by the organization instead of Cosmo - since no one imports Cosmo to the US. Unless, somehow you can get hook up with Cosmo Japan, since they will be supplying fuel to the Japanese team & Christophe. However, Coolpower 30% heli is a very good fuel, & I will not be hesitate to use it. Just do not use the low smoke/ low oil content one, otherwise, you'll be sorry. Just get there early enough so you & your engine can get accustom to the environment.
