Oxai definitely have some serious QC issue nowadays.
They tried to cut corners by using a flimsy shipping crate, charged me full value for a courier delivery on my Asyuler, but ended up using a forwarder for shipping. By the time my plane reaches San Francisco, the crate & the nose of the fuselage were damaged. After fighting with them, they sent me a replacement fuselage free of charge.
Unfortunately, I'm not the only one that's having the same problem here in the States. I've received phone calls from two pattern pilots from back east stated the same thing.
This is my first order from Oxai, & may very well be my last one.
