Here is what I have started doing and have around 220 flights on my R91 and 110 on my 80.
Before I found this procedure, I was getting lockup about every 5 flight too.
1) Remove it, soak and clean it with denatured alcohol, let it sit over night for the alco
hol to get gone.
2) Soak it for 1 hour in ATF, pull it out from time to time and turn the roller bearing to
get more ATF on the inside.
3) Put a reinforcement ring on it and tighten it so hard you think your going to break the
bolt! Seek help from a gorilla if needed!
4) Put it back in, as for the lower Jesus bolt, add some loctite and only tighten it until
it first starts getting tighter than the force of the nylock nut. I mean just barley tigh
t, that's why I add loctite. This is the key!! Any over tightening of the lower Jesus bol
t tends to egg the auto collar on the shaft by a couple of thousands and leads to lock ups
.
5) Put a few drops of ATF in it about every 20 - 25 flights. I use a old triflow bottle an
d put it right on top between the sleeve and bearing.
6) Go back to step 1 about every 200 flights.
If you still get lock ups, order the newer auto bearing, PV0409 and go back to step 1.
Don't come off the throttle untill you see your GOD!

大致上是說將原來單向的油洗掉,改用車子的ATF去潤滑~~~~~
這個問題之前resnick兄有提過~~~~~~希望對大家有幫祝~~~~~~ |
