There was a motorized version besides this one.  That one was discontinued by Tamiya
more than 30 years ago.  I also own that one you show on the picture. In the 70s, almost
every tank made by Tamiya was motorized.  You are not old enough to see that 1/25 tank.
How old are you ?

my memories for the Tamiya 1:25 wire control:
the control box have 2 red small buttons on top and 2 white button on the bottom in the front protons , i made the T-34/85, SU-100, Panther Ausf. A in the year 1970.
the year 1969 tiger 1 display tank i bought 2 set and never find any motors inside, OK?

i am now around 60, old enough?
