我向國外網站訂購物品....已經完成訂單..也刷卡完成了(跟銀行確認過)
但是..它卻發了這麼一封mail給我
有那一位英文達人可以告訴我他真正ㄉ意思嘛？
尤其是紅色標示ㄉ部份

3) A bank statement, etc.
Identity confirmation is very important for online deals as credit card fraud is an issue for internet trading and we have the responsibility to verify the card holder information to avoid criminal duty.
