An easy way is to change the fuselage stiffness by adding some enforcement or counter-weight. This will shift the intrinsic frequency. In practical, I haven’t heard anything resonance like that in electric, probably the guy reduced the structure weight too much.
Structure resonance is common in 120 or bigger engine planes; the engine’s idle frequency caused aileron flatter. That’s why we are using isomount for large size engines, either nitro or gas.
