There was a motorized version besides this one.That one was discontinued by Tamiya
more than 30 years ago.I also own that one you show on the picture. In the 70s, almost
every tank made by Tamiya was motorized.You are not old enough to see that 1/25 tank.
How old are you ?

my memories for the Tamiya 1:25 wire control:
the control box have 2 red small buttons on top and 2 white button on the bottom in the front protons , i made the T-34/85, SU-100, Panther Ausf. A in the year 1970.
the year 1969 tiger 1 display tank i bought 2 set and never find any motors inside, OK?
i am now around 60, old enough?
