The B-2 project cost in 1988 was 44 billion dollars. The cost is 2.1 billion in 1988 dollars or $5-6 billion in todays dollars. The marginal cost today would be much more than $10 billion since production tooling was destroyed and Northrop closed the plant and sold the land years ago
