New Comer

I'm a new comer on tank model and RC.  Don't know how to type in Chinese characters yet.  
Just bought  Tamiya RC 1/16 Tiger model.  
Trying to figure out what other upgrde parts I need (metal track? suspension kit upgrade? gear reduction kit? others?)  
Also trying to figure out how to paint the tank.  I'm thinkng about to paint it with sPz-Abt 505, or 101SS, the one used in Kursk in 1943.  Any recommendation how to find the right camouflage pattern, and the right tank number on the turret?
