The lifting centre of power planes are different from glider include electric glider. The lifting centre of glider is much forward than powerplane. So as the speed increase the planes will nose up, as if you'd seen after diving or increase the air speed. So once the plane tend to nose up, you should supress the tendency according to your desire fight path. Otherwise you will stall even in F3F planes.
In my own experience, the suggested or calculated CG is a metter of reference. In a sailplane or electric sailplane, different condition require different CG location. Or different requirement require different CG. As I'd say, the location of CG is a matter of taste or flying style. Once you fell your plane can fly with comfort , it's Ok.
