我向國外網站訂購物品....已經完成訂單..也刷卡完成了(跟銀行確認過)
但是..它卻發了這麼一封mail給我
有那一位英文達人可以告訴我他真正ㄉ意思嘛？
尤其是紅色標示ㄉ部份

authentication proves that you are the card holder and the transaction is authorized. it protects both buyer and merchant"s right.
if you are reluctant to do so, please send an image of document with both your name and shipping address on it. the documentation can be:
1) your driving license; or
2) an official bill of electricity/ water/ gas consumption; or
3) a bank statement, etc.
identity confirmation is very important for online deals as credit card fraud is an issue for internet trading and we have the responsibility to verify the card holder information to avoid criminal duty.
we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused due to our extra security check, but your cooperation will be deeply appreciated.

不然你的護照上面的英文名子有沒有跟VISA 卡一樣..一樣就掃描寄給他...
她們才會出貨
