4G6机械调整过程

I spent a few hours doing some more mechanical setup. Here is what I did:
我花了几个小时进行机械调整。如下
Set the trasmitter to 0' pitch in the pitch curve for center stick, ST2, centered both sticks, set all trims and subtrims to 0
将操纵杆置中,用发射机上的螺距曲线,将螺距设为0度,ST2模式,将左右杆都置中,把所有调整和微调都置零。(因为没有实际经验,这句翻得不顺溜)
Removed the landing skids and set the chassis up on blocks so that that it was perfectly flat and level, verified with a digital level (The heli did not sit completely level on the skids).
拆除起落架,把机体放在垫块上,以利于平整,并用一个数字水平仪确认其水平(直升机在脚架上不能完全水平)。
Removed the head and swash plate, and all linkages.
拆除旋翼头和斜盘,以及所有连杆。
Powered on the heli with the main motor dissconnected, and let it initialize, put the sticks at center, and in ST2 mode.
断开主电机,直升机通电,让他初始化,把摇杆置中,在ST2模式。
Removed the servo throw arms, then put them back on as close to 90' as possible (2 of the 3 servos were way off.); I had to use a little sub-trim on each servo as true 90' was in between the grooves on the servo throw arms on one of the servos..
拆下舵机摇臂,再把它们尽可能90度安装回去(3个中有2个偏的离谱);我不得不对每个舵机用一点儿微调,以达到真正90度,在其中一个舵机摇臂上,用的是中间的孔..
Turned the heli off.
直升机断电
Adjusted all the linkages so that all types were of equal length
调整所有相同位置的连杆到等长。
Re-assembled the swash, head and flybar
重新组装斜盘,旋翼头和平衡杆。
Balanced a set of new main rotor blades and installed them powered the heli back on (main motor dissconnected) and set the transmitter to the 0' pitch center sticks.
平衡一组新的主旋翼,并装回直升机(断开主电机),将发射机操纵杆置中,螺距置0
Leveled the swash plate so that it was perfectly level (this took some time and lot of fine adjusting of the servo to swash links) about in the middle of travel position. (eyeball close)
调平斜盘,使它完全水平(这会费些时间,通过精细调节舵机和斜盘间的连杆),并使其处于其行程的中间位置(眼睛靠近仔细看)
Adjusted the linkages from the swash to the blade grip mixer arms and links from the fly bar to mixer arms so that the fly bar was at 0' (flat) & the mixer arms on the blade grips were in the level position, and the fly bar was in the middle of its "cage" in the head.
调整斜盘与主翼夹混控臂之间的连杆,调整平衡翼与主翼夹混控臂之间的连杆,使平衡翼为0度(水平),并且主旋翼夹混控臂处于水平位,平衡杆处于旋翼头框子的中间位。
Now that the fly bar is flat, I put the fly bar paddles on at 0'
现在平衡杆处于水平,安装副翼,0度角。
At this point everything was looking good...
一切顺利
I powered the heli back on, set everything to center again.
直升机通电,所有调节再次置中。
Put a pitch gauge on the main rotors, they were off by -1.5'; No biggie..
螺距规测量主旋翼,-1.5度,还可以。
I adjusted the links from the servos to the swash 1 full turn at a time on each link until the main rotors were at 0'
调整舵机与斜盘的连杆,安装所有连杆,直到主旋翼为0度。
I then once again leveled the swash with fine adjustments so that the main rotor blades were at 0 and the swash was perfectly level (I used small lenghs of titanium rod that I have to help me gauge the swash angles and used the digital level)
再次精细调整斜盘水平,使得斜盘完全水平时,主旋翼为0度(我用一条短钛杆(这是啥?)和数字水准仪,帮助测量斜盘角度)
Powered the heli up, center stick and started to verify everything:
直升机通电,操纵杆置中,开始以下确认过程
- The servo arms are at 90'
舵机摇臂90度
- The pitch is set to 0' center stick with no trims (other than small amounts of subtrim used to put the servo arms at exactly 90') on the TX
发射机不加微调,摇杆居中时螺距为0度(绝不是通过发射机微调,使舵机摇臂达到准确90度)
- The swash is level and in the middle of it's travel range
斜盘水平,并处于其行程的中间。
- The flybar is level and in the middle of it's travel range in the head
平衡杆水平,并处于其旋翼头行程的中间。
- The main rotors are level at at 0' pitch with a set of good balanced blades
主旋翼水平,0度螺距,一对经过平衡配对的主旋翼。
On to the tail!
机尾!
I had already perfomed Rob's tail slider fix; so I just went about fine adjustments.
我已经用上Rob的尾推组件;现在需要做的是精细调整。
I loosned the two screws that held the tail servo in place, and removed the servo horn.
松开固定尾舵机的两个螺丝,拆下舵机摇臂
Set all sub trims for the tail to zero, and verified there was no trim on the tail servo.
将所有尾舵机微调置零,确认没有调整尾舵机。
Powered up the heli and let the servos initialize, then powered the heli back off.
直升机通电,舵机初始化,
Put the serbo throw arm back on at 90'
装回摇臂,使其成90度。
I set the tail blade pitch to 0' by hand
用手把尾翼调成0度螺距。
Noted how far the servo was from the servo rod. Moved the servo forward (towards tail) about .5mm and then adjusted the servo control rod.
注意舵机到舵机杆的距离,向尾部方向挪动舵机大约0.5mm,然后调整舵机杆。
Reassembled
重新组装
Powered back on, and verified the tail was at 0' pitch and servo arm was at 90'
通电,确认尾翼螺距为0,舵机摇臂处于90度。
Again the factory assembly was way off here, the servo arm was a 45' before I started...
再次提醒,出厂组装非常不准,调整之前舵机摇臂处于45度(RI)
